Plan A: Tell your girlfriend to relax and stop clenching it up! Create a relaxing, romantic environment for lovemaking, o.k?

Light a few candles, play slow, romantic music, give her a gentle massage, kiss her, tell her how beautiful she is and how badly you want to make sweet, passionate love to her ....

If that doesn't work, here is Plan B: Tell your girlfriend to see a Gynecologist, a.s.a.p.
