I have a friend that I see almost every day. We don't hang out that much anymore. I've always had this thing for him and lately he been "kidding" around that he wants me to give him head. At first I took it as a joke and laughed it off. One day he told me he was "half" joking. So what does this mean?

It means, if you're willing to give him head, he's willing to receive it, with no strings attached.
